Chewy chocolate brownie cups topped with a easy peanut butter and chocolate chip cookie dough that is made from a box of cake mix. The cookie dough is rolled in a mixture of cinnamon and granulated sugar, giving them a delicious snickerdoodle flavor. The brownie mix is made by mixing all of the ingredients together in a bowl until smooth. Evenly divide the brownie batter between a paper lined muffin pan. For the cookie dough, a box of cake mix is mixed with eggs, vegetable oil, peanut butter, and chocolate chips until smooth. Roll the dough into balls, then roll each one into a mixture of granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Place the cookie dough over each brownie batter. Bake until each cup comes out clean with a toothpick.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda. Add in the eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • In a large bowl, combine cake mix with eggs, vegetable oil and peanut butter. Fold in the chocolate chips. In a shallow dish, combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
  • Evenly divide the brownie batter between the prepared muffin pan. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and roll each one into the cinnamon sugar mixture. Place the cookie dough on each brownie batter. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
