Cake Mix Peanut Butter Butterscotch Crinkle Cookies

Soft and chewy peanut butter cookies filled with butterscotch baking chips. These easy cookies are made using a box of cake mix, making the cookie dough even easier to make. Everyone will love the soft and chewy texture and delicious peanut butter and butterscotch flavors.

The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of cake mix with eggs, vegetable oil, and peanut butter until smooth. Fold in the butterscotch baking chips. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and roll into powdered sugar. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box white cake mix
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup butterscotch baking chips
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, peanut butter, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the butterscotch baking chips. Place the powdered sugar into a shallow dish.
  • Roll the cookie dough into balls, and roll into powdered sugar. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
