The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of white cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Add in green food coloring until it is fully green. Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies. Roll the cookie dough into balls and place onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through. Remove from the oven and top each one with candy eyes.

- 1 ( 15 oz.) box white cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- green food coloring
- 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
- candy eyes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Add in the food coloring, and mix until it is fully green. Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.
- Use a cookie scoop to place cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with candy eyes.
