Soft and chewy cookie cups made from a box of cake mix, and filled with crushed peanut butter nutter butter cookies and chocolate chips. All you need is five simple ingredients to make these easy cookie cups. Everyone will love the soft and chewy texture and delicious chocolate and peanut butter flavors.

The only five ingredients that you need for these cookie cups is a box of yellow cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, crushed nutter butter cookies, and chocolate chips. All of the ingredients are mixed together in a large bowl until smooth. Evenly divide the cookie dough between a paper lined muffin pan. Bake until each cookie cup comes out clean with a toothpick.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup crushed nutter butter cookies
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the crushed nutter butter cookies and chocolate chips.
  • Evenly divide the cookie dough between the prepared paper liners. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
