Cake Mix M&M Snickerdoodle Cookies

Soft and chewy cookies filled with chocolate M&M candy and rolled into a mixture of cinnamon and sugar. They are a combination of chewy m&m cookies and a classic snickerdoodle cookies. And these cookies are easier to bake them usual cookies because these ones are started with a box of cake mix. No mixer is needed, all of the ingredients are combined in a large mixing bowl, and then the dough is rolled in cinnamon and sugar. Bake these chewy cookies for any holiday or occasion.

The only ingredients that you need to make these cookies is a box of yellow cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, chocolate M&Ms, granulated sugar, and ground cinnamon. The cake mix is mixed with eggs, vegetable oil, and m&ms. Roll the dough into balls, then roll into a mixture of granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet and bake until fully cooked through.

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup m&ms
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in m&ms.
  • In a shallow dish, combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and roll into the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  • Place cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
