The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of yellow cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Then mint extract and green food coloring are added. Fold the chocolate chips and M&Ms into the cookie dough. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are cooked through.

- 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon mint extract

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Add in the mint extract and green food coloring, and mix until combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and M&Ms. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
