Quick and easy cookies for Christmas made using a box of cake mix. These easy cookies are colored green for the Grinch, and topped with heart sprinkles. The cookies are rolled into a dish of powdered sugar before baking. This gives the cookies a crinkle look after they are baked. The cookies are so soft and chewy, everyone will love these easy Christmas treats.
The cookie dough is made by mixing white cake mix with eggs, vegetable oil, and green food coloring until smooth. The cookie dough is formed into balls using a cookie scoop, then they are rolled into a dish of powdered sugar. Place them onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one heart sprinkle onto each cookie, and bake until they are fully cooked through.
