Soft and chewy chocolate cookies topped with candy cane kisses. These cookies are so quick and easy to make because they are made with a box of chocolate cake mix. You only need four simple ingredients to make these cookies. It takes just a couple of minutes to put together, and everyone will love the chocolate and peppermint flavors. The only four ingredients that you need to make these cookies is a box of chocolate cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and candy cane kisses to place on top of the cookies. The chocolate cookie dough is made by combining a box of chocolate cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Bake until they come out clean with a toothpick. Place one candy cane kiss on top of each cookie, and let cool completely on a cooling rack.

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • candy cane kisses

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, whisk together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth.
  • Use a cookie scoop to place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven and place one candy cane kiss on each cookie.
