Juicy slightly spicy burgers seasoned with Cajun seasoning and topped with a spicy mayo spread. These burgers have a spicy flavor from being seasoned with Cajun seasoning, a delicious and easy summer meal. You can bake, grill or cook these burgers on the stove-top. For an added kick, these burgers are spread with a spicy mayo spread. Top these burgers with your favorite burger toppings, such as cheese or tomatoes.

To make the Cajun burger patties, ground beef is crumbled and mixed with Cajun seasoning and worcestershire sauce. The beef mixture is formed into 4 equal sized patties and baked until they are no longer pink in the center. I baked these burgers, but you can also cook them on the stove top or use an indoor or out door grill to make them. To make the spicy mayo spread, mayonnaise is combined with ketchup, mustard, hot sauce and worsetershire sauce to create a smooth spread. Once the burgers on done, spread the mixture onto the hamburger buns before adding the burger and toppings.
