The only three ingredients that you need is butterscotch baking chips, milk, and vanilla extract. Heat all three ingredients together in a saucepan over medium heat until the butterscotch is fully melted and the hot chocolate is heated through. Divide into mugs and serve.

- 1/2 cup butterscotch baking chips
- 2 1/2 cups milk
