Butterfinger Brownie Cups

Soft and chewy chocolate brownie cups filled with chocolate butterfinger candy bars. These easy brownie cups are quick and easy to make. They are perfect to make with some leftover Halloween or Christmas candy that you need to use up. Everyone will love the chewy chocolate brownies combined with the butterfinger flavors.

The brownie batter is made like a classic brownie batter. Then chopped up butterfinger candy bars are folded into the batter. Pour the batter into a paper lined muffin pan. Bake until the center of each brownie cup comes out clean with a toothpick.

Butterfinger Brownie Cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped butterfinger candy bars

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda. Add in the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Fold in the butterfinger candy bars. Evenly divide the brownie batter between the prepared muffin pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
