Quick and easy burrito bowls made with flour tortilla bowls. Spicy refried beans are filled in tortillas and topped with cheese. All you need is four simple ingredients to make this quick and easy meal. It makes the perfect vegetarian meal, served with a side of rice or tortilla chips.

The only four ingredients that you need is a can of refried beans, salsa, flour tortilla bowls, and shredded cheddar cheese. Heat the refried beans in the microwave until it is smooth, and stir in the salsa. Fill each tortilla bowl with the bean mixture, and top with cheddar cheese. Bake until the cheese has fully melted.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) can refried beans
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 8 flour tortilla bowls
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Place refried beans into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, until it is smooth.
  • Stir in the salsa. Place tortilla bowls onto a large greased baking sheet. Fill each bowl with the bean mixture, and top with cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
