Cheesy crescent rolls stuffed with broccoli and cheese. All brushed with delicious buttery garlic butter. This broccoli and cheese crescent ring makes a great side dish or appetizer. It is simple to make and a delicious dish that the whole family will love. If you want to make this crescent ring into a meal, you can add some cooked diced chicken to make it a complete meal.

The crescent rolls are first separated into triangles. Arrange the crescent rolls into a circle, with the large end facing the center. Add steamed broccoli florets evenly over the end of the crescent rolls. Top with cheese, and tightly seal the bread over the filling. For the garlic butter, in a small bowl, mix melted butter with salt, garlic powder, and dried parsley. Brush the butter over the bread and bake until lightly golden browned.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can crescent rolls
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 F. In a small bowl, combine melted butter with salt, garlic powder, and dried parsley. Unroll crescent rolls and seperate into triangles. Place crescent rolls onto a large greased baking sheet in a circle.
  • Place broccoli over the crescent rolls, followed by cheese. Wrap each crescent roll over the filling, sealing it tightly. Brush the crescent rolls with the butter mixture. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
