The pie filling is made by mixing fresh sliced peaches with frozen blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon. Pour the pie filling into a pie crust, and top with another crust. Bake until the top of the pie is lightly golden browned.
Blueberry Peach Pie
Ingredients
- 2 pie crusts
- 2 large peaches, sliced
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix peaches with blueberries, sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon. Roll out one pie crust and place into a greased round 9-inch pie plate.
- Pour in the pie filling. Top with the remaining pie crust and seal edges. Cut the top with a knife and bake for 50-55 minutes.
