Blueberry Cherry Pie

Easy homemade pie filled with both blueberries and cherries. Frozen blueberries and a can of cherry pie filling are combined to make the delicious fruit filling. Everyone will love this easy and delicious pie for the summer or any other occasion.

The pie filling is quick and easy to make, frozen blueberries and a can of cherry pie filling are mixed together along with sugar and cornstarch. Add the filling to a pie crust and top with another pie crust, sealing the edges. Bake until the crust is lightly golden browned.

Blueberry Cherry Pie

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pie crusts
  • 1 ( 15 oz.) can cherry pie filling
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Place one pie crust into a lightly greased round 9-inch pie plate. In a large bowl, mix pie filling with blueberries, sugar, and cornstarch.
  • Add the filling to the pie crust and top with the other pie crust. Seal edges with a fork. Cut four slits into the top of the pie. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
