This casserole is great for using up leftover chicken, or you can use a rotisserie chicken. Mix the cooked chicken with a can of corn and barbecue sauce. Spread the mixture out into a greased baking dish. Cover with shredded cheddar cheese and top with crispy french fried onions. Bake until the cheese has fully melted and the onions are crispy.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound chicken, cooked and diced
  • 1 ( 15 oz.) can corn, drained
  • 1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 container french fried onions

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, combine chicken, corn, and barbecue sauce. Spread mixture out into a greased baking dish.
  • Top with shredded cheddar cheese and french fried onions. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
