Spicy tender and juicy chicken made with only four ingredients. Chicken is one of the most versatile meats, because there are so many different ways that you can season them. I love spicy food, so this baked salsa chicken is one of my favorite ways to cook chicken. The chicken is seasoned with taco seasoning and topped with salsa and cheese. It is so quick and easy to make this, it can be ready on the table in less than 45 minutes. You can serve this chicken as is with rice and potatoes, or you can dice the chicken and serve it in tortillas for chicken tacos.

Just chicken breast, taco seasoning, salsa and shredded cheddar cheese is all that you need to make this. Sprinkle the taco seasoning evenly over each chicken. If you would rather it to be less spicy, you can use 1 tablespoon of taco seasoning instead for a more milder chicken. Place the chicken into a greased baking dish and top each with salsa and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake until the chicken is no longer pink and is tender.
