Baked Peanut Butter Pancakes

Fluffy baked pancakes filled with tons of delicious peanut butter flavors. Everyone will love this easy baked pancake for any breakfast or brunch. The pancakes are soft and fluffy with a delicious peanut butter flavor. Serve warm topped with butter and syrup, or any other of your favorite pancake toppings.

The pancake batter is made like a classic pancake batter, with the addition of peanut butter mixed into the batter. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. Bake until the center of the pancake comes out clean with a toothpick. Cut into squares and serve.

Baked Peanut Butter Pancakes

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add in the peanut butter, milk, eggs, and vegetable oil and whisk until smooth.
  • Pour the batter into a greased baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
