These healthy baked tater tots are filled with cheesy delicious broccoli, for a family friendly way to enjoy your vegetables. It takes just a few minutes to put this dish together. You can use either fresh or frozen broccoli for this dish. First steam your broccoli until tender. Chop up the broccoli and mix it with the remaining ingredients. Form the mixture into bite-sized pieces and place onto a greased baking sheet. Bake until the broccoli tots are lightly golden browned.
Baked Broccoli Tater Tots
Ingredients
- 12 oz. frozen broccoli, steamed and chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 F. In a large bowl, combine chopped broccoli with the remaining ingredients.
- Form mixture into bite-sized bites. Place onto a large greased baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
