For the pasta, I used small shell shaped pasta, but any small shaped pasta will work for this dish. Mix with onion and crispy cooked bacon. Cover with a mixture of mayonnaise and ranch dressing. Cover and refrigerate until you are ready to serve.
Bacon Ranch Macaroni Salad
Ingredients
- 12 oz. small shell pasta
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions, drain. Place pasta into a large bowl. In a medium bowl, mix mayonnaise with ranch dressing, salt, and pepper. Mix mixture with pasta along with onion and bacon. Mix until pasta is evenly coated. Cover ane refrigerate until serving.
