Bacon Corn Casserole

Easy and delicious corn casserole with cream cheese and bacon. Topped off with cheddar cheese and crispy french fried onions. Everyone will love this easy dish for a weeknight side or as a side for Thanksgiving.

The only five ingredients that you need is 2 cans of corn, cream cheese, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, and a container of fried onions. Mix the corn with cream cheese, bacon, and half of the onions. Spread the mixture into a baking dish, and top with cheddar cheese and the remaining onions. Bake until the cheese has melted and the onions are crispy.

Bacon Corn Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ( 15 oz.) cans corn, drained
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 ( 6 oz.) container french fried onions

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix corn with cream cheese and bacon until combined. Fold in half of the onions. Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Top with cheese and the remaining onions. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
