First, cook you eggs in your prefered method to hard boil them. After the eggs have cooled down enough to handle, peel them and cut in half. Remove the yolks from the eggs and place into a medium bowl. Mix with mayonnaise, bacon, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy, spoon the filling back into the egg shells. Refrigerate until serving.

- 3 large hard boiled eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
