Air-Fryer Popcorn Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound chicken
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air-fryer to 400 F. Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces. In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs, milk, and hot sauce.
  • In another shallow dish, combine flour with seasonings. Dip chicken into the egg mixture, then fully coat in the flour mixture. Air-fry in batches for 7-8 minutes.
