Air-Fryer Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls

Buffalo chicken is a classic game day appetizer or meal. Egg rolls are also a classic appetizer, but these two dishes are combined to make a delicious spicy appetizer that is perfect for any party or occasion. Spicy buffalo chicken is stuffed in egg roll wrappers and cooked in the air-fryer until it is crispy. These spicy egg rolls make the perfect appetizer to serve at any game day party or super bowl gathering. Everyone will love the spicy buffalo chicken and the crispy egg roll wrappers.

The buffalo chicken mixture can easily be made with either leftover chicken or a cooked chicken from the grocery store. The chicken is mixed with cream cheese, hot sauce, butter, and ranch seasoning mix. The chicken mixture is divided between the egg roll wrappers along with shredded cheddar cheese. Roll the egg rolls up tightly and cook in batches in the air-fryer until the egg rolls are crispy and the cheese has fully melted.

Air-Fryer Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 ( 1 oz.) packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package egg roll wrappers

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air-fryer to 400 F. In a small bowl, combine hot sauce and melted butter.
  • In a large bowl, combine chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce mixture and ranch seasoning mix.
  • Place chicken mixture evenly onto egg roll wrappers. Top each with cheese. Wrap up tightly into an egg roll.
  • Place into an air-fryer basket, air-fry for 8-10 minutes.
