Air-Fryer Biscuit Dough Garlic Knots

Soft and buttery homemade garlic knots, using a can of biscuit dough. The dough is formed into knots, and covered in a tasty garlic butter mixture. These easy garlic knots are cooked in the air-fryer, making them more crispy then baking. Everyone will love these tasty butter knots as a easy side dish or appetizer for any Italian themed meal.

The biscuit dough is first separated into biscuits, then each one is cut in half. Roll each half into a long rope, and tie into a knot. Place them into a greased air-fryer basket. For the butter mixture, melted butter is mixed with grated parmesan cheese, salt, garlic powder, dried oregano, and dried parsley. Evenly brush the garlic mixture over the garlic knots, and cook in the air-fryer until they are lightly browned.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air-fryer to 400 F. Separate the biscuit dough into biscuits and cut each one in half.
  • Roll each one into a rope, and form into a knot. In a small bowl, combine melted butter with grated parmesan cheese, salt, garlic powder, dried oregano, and dried parsley.
  • Brush the butter mixture evenly over the knots. Air-fry in batches for 8-10 minutes.
