Barbecue Meatloaf Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 F. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, egg, ketchup, mustard, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, barbecue sauce, and seasonings.
- Press meat mixture into 12 greased muffin tins. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Top with cheese and bake for another 5 minutes.
