Quick and easy three-ingredient cookie truffles made with circus animal truffles. These truffles are made similar to Oreo cookie balls, except the Oreos are replaced by circus animal cookies. The cookies are crushed and mixed with cream cheese to form a thick mixture. After the cookie mixture is formed into balls, it is coated in white chocolate. These truffles make the perfect easy no-bake treat that the whole family will enjoy.
You only need three simple ingredients to make these truffles, just a package of circus animal cookies, cream cheese and white candy coating. The cookies are first crushed in a large ziplock bag using a rolling pin until crumbly. Mix the cookie crumbs with softened cream cheese, and form the mixture into balls. Set onto plates and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Melt the candy melts in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring after each until fully melted and smooth. Dip each ball into the chocolate and set back onto plates. Let the chocolate set.
