Creamy and cheesy alfredo tortellini pasta for a quick and easy dinner. Only four ingredients are needed to make this easy and cheesy meal. And you only need five minutes to prepare the dish in the crock-pot. In just a couple of hours, you can have a delicious creamy cheesy pasta. Serve with a side salad or some garlic bread for a quick and easy meal that the whole family will love.
The only four ingredients that you need to make this pasta, is a bag of frozen tortellini pasta. You can also use a package of refrigerated tortellini if you would rather. A jar of alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese and dried parsley. The tortellini pasta is mixed with the alfredo sauce and covered with shredded mozzarella cheese and sprinkled with dried parsley. Cover the crock-pot and let it cook on low heat for 3-4 hours or on high heat for 2 hours.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 (32 oz.) bag frozen tortellini
  • 1 ( 28 oz.) jar alfredo sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions
 

  • Place tortellini into a large crock-pot. Mix with alfredo sauce. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with parsley.
  • Cover and let cook on low for 3-4 hour, or on high heat for 2 hours.
