The cheese is sliced into strips to form a mummy shape and topped off with slices of black olives for the eyes. You only need four ingredients to make this meal, and it is ready in less than 20 minutes. They will make a great meal to make this holiday season.
These mini pizzas are started with english muffins. Cut each one in half and place each half onto a large baking sheet. Evenly spread pizza sauce over each muffin and place strips of mozzarella cheese over the pizza sauce in a mummy pattern. Place two slices of olives at the top of the pizza for eyes. Bake until the cheese has fully melted and the muffins are crispy.
Mummy English Muffin Pizzas
Ingredients
- 12 english muffins
- 1 jar pizza sauce
- 8 oz. block mozzarella cheese
- sliced black olives
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Cut english muffins in half and set onto a large baking sheet. Evenly spread with pizza sauce.
- Slice mozzarella cheese into long thin strips. Place strips of cheese onto the pizzas. Place two sliced olives at the top for the eyes. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
