Easy no bake peanut butter balls dipped in chocolate is a favorite Christmas dessert. But it is usually dipped in semi sweet or milk chocolate. Instead these peanut butter balls are dipped in white chocolate to give them a snowball look. These candies are sweet and delicious, the perfect no-bake treat to make this holiday season. These peanut butter balls will stay good in the fridge for up to two weeks or in the freezer for longer.

The peanut butter dough is made like a classic peanut butter balls. Using butter, peanut butter and powdered sugar all combined together to form a sweet peanut butter dough. Roll the dough into small bite sized balls and place them onto plates. Refrigerate the peanut butter balls for 30 minutes. Meanwhile melt the white chocolate candy melts in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring after each until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth. Dip the chilled peanut butter balls into the white chocolate, then set onto plates and sprinkle with sprinkles to decorate if using. Refrigerate until the chocolate has completely set.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 ( 10 oz.) bag white candy melts

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl with either a hand or stand mixer, beat softened butter with peanut butter until fluffy. Gradually add in powdered sugar 1/2 cup at a time until a thick dough forms.
  • Roll the peanut butter dough into small balls and place onto plates. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Melt candy melts according to package directions. Stirring after each interval until fully melted and smooth.
  • Dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate to coat it fully. Place the peanut butter balls back onto plates and refrigerate for another 30 minutes, or until set.
