The cookie dough is made by first heating the flour in the microwave for about 40 seconds. It is then mixed with butter, sugar and vanilla extract until a thick dough forms. Fold in chocolate chips and roll the dough into balls. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave until it is fully melted and smooth. Coat each truffle in the chocolate and set onto a plate. Decorate with the Oreo cookies and candy eyes. Let sit until it is completely set.
Bat Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Truffles
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 12 oz. chocolate chips
- Oreo cookies, cut in half

- Place flour in a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave for 40 seconds. In a large bowl, combine butter and sugar until fluffy. Add in vanilla extract and heated flour until a thick dough forms. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Roll the dough into balls and set onto a plate. Place chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
- Coat each truffle in the chocolate and set onto a plate. Decorate with Oreo cookies and candy eyes. Let sit until it is completely set.
