Cheesy cheeseburger baked in a pie crust. This jack-o-lantern cheeseburger pie is made similar to a chicken pot pie, except instead of chicken and vegetables. Beef and cheese are used instead. This meal is a fun dinner to serve during the Halloween season with a jack-o-lantern face on the top pie crust. It a cheesy and delicious meal that everyone will love to eat this fall.
The beef mixture is made by browning ground beef in a large skillet until it is no longer pink, breaking it up as it cooks with a spatula. Drain the grease from the meat and stir in ketchup, mustard, pickle slices, salt and pepper. After everything is heated through, place the meat into one of the pie crusts in a pie plate. Top with cheese and roll the other pie crust out. Cut the dough into a jack-o-lantern face and place it on top of the meat and cheese mixture. Press the edges of the dough together to seal. Bake until lightly golden browned and the cheese has fully melted.
