Grinch Butterfinger Bites

Easy homemade butterfinger bites made by melting candy corn and peanut butter together, and covered in melted white chocolate chips that are made green. Each candy is decorated with a heart shaped sprinkle for the Grinch. They make the perfect easy treat to make this holiday season.

The candy corn and peanut butter are melted together in the microwave until it is fully combined. Roll the mixture into balls and set onto a plate. Freeze while you melt the chocolate chips. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave until it is fully melted and smooth. Stir in the food coloring. Coat each candy in the mixture and set onto a plate. Decorate with sprinkles and let sit until it is completely set.

Grinch Butterfinger Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup candy corn
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 12 oz. white chocolate chips
  • green food coloring
  • heart sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Place candy corn and peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and combined.
  • Roll the mixture into balls and set onto a plate. Freeze for at least 20 minutes. Place chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
  • Stir in the food coloring. Coat each butterfinger bite in the chocolate and set onto a plate. Decorate with sprinkles and let sit until set.
