Easy cookie dough with chocolate chips and mini marshmallows made completely edible. This cookie dough has all of the flavors of a classic s’more. Made with a graham cracker based cookie dough and with chocolate chips and mini marshmallows mixed all through out. Because this cookie dough is made completely edible, you can enjoy the tasty flavors of s’mores anytime.

There are no eggs in the cookie dough, making it safe to eat. The flour is also heated before it is added to the cookie dough. Beat the butter with sugar until they are fluffy. Beat in milk and vanilla extract until smooth. Add flour in the cookie dough, beating until all of the flour is incorporated into the dough. Using a spatula, fold crushed graham crackers, mini chocolate chips and mini marshmallows into the cookie dough. Store the cookie dough in an airtight container in the fridge to enjoy the cookie dough any time that you want.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 graham crackers, crushed
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions
 

  • Place flour into a medium bowl and microwave for 40 seconds. In a large bowl, beat softened butter with granulated sugar until fluffy.
  • Add in milk and vanilla extract, beating until smooth. Add in flour and beat until all of the flour is incorporated. Fold in crushed graham cracker crumbs, mini chocolate chips and mini marshmallows. Store cookie dough in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
