Ghost Brownie Truffles

Easy truffles made with cooked brownies crumbled and mixed with cream cheese. The truffles are covered in melted white chocolate chips and decorated with candy eyes to make them look like ghosts. Everyone will love these easy treats for a fun Halloween dessert.

The brownies are first baked and crumbled. Then mix the crumbled brownies with cream cheese until combined. Roll the mixture into balls and set onto a plate. Freeze while you melt the chocolate chips. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave until it is fully melted and smooth. Coat each truffle in the chocolate and set onto a plate. Decorate with candy eyes and let sit until it is completely set.

Ghost Brownie Truffles

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups brownies, baked and crumbled
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz. white chocolate chips
  • candy eyes

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix brownies with cream cheese. Roll the mixture into balls and set onto a plate. Freeze for at least 20 minutes. Place chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
  • Coat each truffle in the chocolate and set onto a plate. Decorate with candy eyes and let sit until it is completely set.
