Halloween Cookie Dough Truffles

Easy and delicious homemade edible cookie dough for Halloween rolled into truffles and covered in melted white chocolate chips. Everyone will love these easy and tasty no-bake candies this Halloween or fall season.

The cookie dough truffles are made by mixing butter with sugar and vanilla until smooth. Then flour that has been heated in the microwave is added to the cookie dough. Divide the dough between three bowls, and mix purple food coloring into one, green into another, and orange into the last bowl. Take a small amount of each cookie dough and roll together into balls. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave until it is fully melted and smooth. Coat each cookie dough truffle in the chocolate and set onto a plate. Let sit until it is completely set.

Halloween Cookie Dough Truffles

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • orange, purple, and green food coloring
  • 12 oz. white chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Place flour into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave for about 40 seconds. In a large bowl, mix butter with sugar until fluffy. Add in vanilla extract and mix until smooth. Add in the heated flour and mix until a thick dough forms.
  • Divide the cookie dough into three bowls. Mix one with purple food coloring, one with orange, and one with green. Take a small amount of each cookie dough and roll together into balls.
  • Place chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth. Fully coat each truffle in the chocolate, set onto a plate and let sit until it is completely set.
