Blueberry Peach Pie

Easy homemade pie filled with fresh peaches and blueberries. Everyone will love this easy and delicious pie for just about any occasion. Perfect for a fun summer themed dessert. Serve warm topped with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.

The pie filling is made by mixing fresh sliced peaches with frozen blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon. Pour the pie filling into a pie crust, and top with another crust. Bake until the top of the pie is lightly golden browned.

Blueberry Peach Pie

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pie crusts
  • 2 large peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix peaches with blueberries, sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon. Roll out one pie crust and place into a greased round 9-inch pie plate.
  • Pour in the pie filling. Top with the remaining pie crust and seal edges. Cut the top with a knife and bake for 50-55 minutes.
