Crispy Potato Tacos

Easy and delicious crispy potato tacos. Potatoes are cubed and mixed with olive oil and taco seasoning, then pan fried until the potatoes are crispy and crunchy. Serve in flour tortillas topped with all of your favorite taco toppings such as, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes.

The only three ingredients that you need is potatoes that are cut into 1-inch cubes, olive oil, and taco seasoning. Mix all of the ingredients together until the potatoes are coated. Cook the potatoes in a large skillet over medium heat until the potatoes are fork tender and crispy.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 large russet potatoes, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 ( 1 oz.) packet taco seasoning

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix potatoes with olive oil and taco seasoning. Cook potatoes in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook until the potatoes are fork tender and crispy. Serve in tortillas.
