Red, White and Blue Fudge

Easy homemade fudge made with a bag of chocolate chips and can of vanilla frosting. The fudge is made red, white and blue for the fourth of July. Everyone will love this quick and easy sweet treat for a fun and simple dessert this summer.

A bag of white chocolate chips and a can of vanilla frosting are melted together in the microwave until it is fully melted and smooth. Divide the mixture into three bowls, and add red food coloring to one and blue to another. Add each fudge mixture to a baking dish and swirl together with a knife. Freeze the fudge for at least 20 minutes, cut into squares and store in the fridge until serving.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz. white chocolate chips
  • 1 ( 12 oz.) can vanilla frosting
  • red and blue food coloring

Instructions
 

  • Place chocolate chips and frosting into a large microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
  • Divide the frosting between three bowls, add red food coloring to one and blue to another. Place each frosting into a baking dish, and swirl with a knife. Freeze for at least 20 minutes, until it is completely set. Cut into squares.
