Corn on the cob is the perfect summer side dish to go along with any meal. There are many different ways that you can cook corn on the cob, but my favorite way is to make it on the grill. The corn is delicious with melted butter and spices. The corn is slightly spicy with paprika. The corn is wrapped in foil while it is grilled, so it won’t brown the corn but it will create a juicy and delicious side dish. This corn goes great with grilled chicken or with burgers and hot dogs.
The corn is started with frozen ears of corn on the cob, but you could also use fresh corn on the cob as well. Melted butter is mixed with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and paprika. If you would like a more milder corn, you can reduce or leave out the paprika and it will still taste great. Lightly brush each ear of corn with the butter mixture and wrap in foil. You can either wrap each individual corn in foil or wrap them together. Grill the corn on an indoor or outdoor grill for about 30 minutes.
