The only five ingredients that you need is a box of lemon cake mix, quick oats, eggs, vegetable oil, and Rolos. Mix all of the ingredients, except for the Rolos together until smooth. Place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart and place one Rolo on each cookie dough, cover with more dough. Bake until they are fully cooked through.
Rolo Stuffed Lemon Cake Mix Oatmeal Cookies

- 1 ( 15 oz.) box lemon cake mix
- 1 cup quick oats
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- Rolos
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, oatmeal, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart.
- Place one Rolo on each cookie dough, and cover fully with cookie dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
