Decorate with candy eyes, pretzels, and M&Ms. Let the truffles sit until they are completely set.

Ingredients
- 1 ( 10 oz.) box vanilla wafer cookies, crushed
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 12 oz. chocolate chips
- candy eyes
- pretzels
- red M&Ms
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together vanilla wafer cookies and cream cheese until combined. Roll the mixture into balls and set onto a plate. Freeze for at least 20-minutes.
- Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
