Soft and chewy sugar cookie bars with vanilla pudding mix mixed into the cookie dough. The pudding mix gives the cookie bars a more soft and chewy texture, with all of the classic sugar cookie flavors. Everyone will love these easy cookie bars for any occasion.
The cookie dough is made similar to a classic sugar cookie dough, except for the addition of dry pudding mix mixed into the flour mixture. Press the cookie dough evenly into a greased square baking dish. Bake until the center of the cookie bars comes out clean with a toothpick. Let cool completely before cutting into bars and serving.
