Colby Jack Drop Biscuits
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup butter, cubed
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded colby jack cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 F. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking powder. Cut in the butter using a pastry blender until crumbly.
- Add in milk and mix until smooth. Fold in the cheese. Drop biscuits onto a large greased baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
