Salty and sweet s’mores with salty Ritz crackers to replace the graham crackers. It is made similar to a classic s’more, except that the graham crackers that is usually used in s’mores is replaced with Ritz crackers. These tasty treats are baked in the oven stuffed with chocolate and marshmallows. The crackers are a fun alternative to graham crackers because the salty crackers have a great flavor combined with the chocolate and marshmallows. They are so quick and easy to put together and only need to bake for a couple of minutes.

Only three ingredients are needed to make these treats, just Ritz crackers, snack size chocolate bars and mini marshmallows. The chocolate bars will first need to be divided into individual squares. Place half of the Ritz crackers onto a baking sheet. Place one square of chocolate onto each cracker along with 2 mini marshmallows for each cracker. Bake for just a couple of minutes, until the marshmallows start to puff up. Remove the crackers from the oven and place another Ritz cracker on top and sandwich them together.
