The only five ingredients that you need is a box of yellow cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, Christmas themed sprinkles, and Oreo cookies. Mix all of the ingredients, except for the Oreo cookies together until smooth. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Oreo cookie on each cookie. Cover with more cookie dough. Bake until each cookie is fully cooked through.
Oreo Stuffed Cake Mix Christmas Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup Christmas sprinkles
- Oreo cookies
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles.
- Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Oreo cookie on each cookie dough, and cover with more cookie dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
