Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ( 3 oz.) box vanilla pudding mix
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, pudding mix, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, combine butter with sugar until fluffy.
- Add in the egg and vanilla extract. Mix until it is smooth. Add in the flour mixture, mix until it is fully combined. Fold in the sprinkles. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and place onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
