Cake Mix Peanut Butter M&M Crinkle Cookies

Soft and chewy peanut butter cookies filled with chocolate M&Ms. These easy cookies are started from a box of cake mix, and rolled in powdered sugar before baking, giving them a more soft and chewy texture and crinkle look. Everyone will love these easy chewy peanut butter cookies for any occasion.

The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of cake mix with eggs, vegetable oil, and peanut butter until smooth. Fold in the chocolate M&Ms. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and roll into a dish of powdered sugar. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup M&Ms
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and peanut butter until smooth. Fold in the M&Ms.
  • Place the powdered sugar into a shallow dish. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and roll each one into the powdered sugar. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
