The mac and cheese sauce is made with a classic cheddar cheese sauce, except for the addition of ranch seasoning mix. Place a small amount of the mac and cheese on each piece of biscuit dough. Air-Fryer Ranch Mac and Cheese Biscuit Bites
Ingredients
- 16 oz. elbow pasta
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 ( 1 oz.) packet ranch seasoning mix
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cans biscuits
Instructions
- Preheat the air-fryer to 350 F. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Cook flour and ranch seasoning mix until lightly browned.
- Pour in milk and cheese. Continue to cook over medium heat, while whisking until the cheese has melted and the sauce has thickened. Mix with the pasta.
- Separate the biscuit dough. Place a small amount of mac and cheese in each biscuit, roll into a ball. Air-fry in batches for 8-10 minutes.
