The cake mix is mixed with eggs, vegetable oil, and the sprinkles until combined. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Place one Rolo on each piece of cookie dough. Cover with more cookie dough, and bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.
Rolo Stuffed Fourth of July Cake Mix Cookies

- 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup Fourth of July sprinkles
- Rolos
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles.
